A $250 security deposit for trailers and toy trucks or $500 for motorhomes is required to guarantee your booking. The remaining amount is due in full 21 days before departure. Cancellation in more than 14 days before the departure date will be refunded at 50% and a credit of 50% for a future rent within 1 year. Cancellation 13 days or less will receive a 50% credit for future rent within 1 year. Cancellation 48 hours from flight time is not refundable. Trips of more than 14 days or for a particular event or holiday are not refundable 21 days before the application date. All cancellations must be made in writing to RV Rental Outlet. Special events and holidays include, but are not limited to; Commemoration Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year,, NASCAR and Country Thunder. RV Rental Outlet reserves the right to refuse the service or cancel it for any booking. Preparing your rental is the first part of the trip!
