You understand that the Trenton Punk Rock flea market reserves the right to refuse any seller registration if it feels that the items for sale do not correspond to the DIY or punk-rock ethic of the primary mission of the event. They certify that you have read the TPRFM vendor agreement or that you have been given the opportunity to read and understand the TPRFM vendor agreement. NOT ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS Weapons, knives, swords, etc., blatant pornography, manufactured tobacco, alcoholic products, homophobic or racist objects (including all objects of life) or illicit substances within the limits of the flea market at all times. The TPRFM does not accept representatives of brands such as Avon, Bathfitters, LuLaRoe, Jamberry Nails, Origami Owl or any other direct sales agent. If you register as a seller and you are refused, we will cancel your registration and refund your money, minus the 20% processing fee, intended for those who sell handmade items, food vendors, antique sellers and other types of merchandise sellers, the flea market and bazaar app can be adapted for use in any type of flea market or sales event. NJ`s tax department requires all borrowers to be registered with the NJ State to collect VAT.

Please note that, although this is not a condition for the Vend with the TPRFM, this is a requirement of the NJ State. To register for free, fill out the form under bit.ly/DUKTT3 and follow the submission instructions. (a) space allocation. After approval by FLEA and payment of the rental tax by the seller, FLEA grants the seller a license for the use of a (1) stand (space). The seller is informed of the location of the space before the start or arrival on a market during the agreed configuration period at the market date or dates. A time frame and a walk-in or drive-in-drop-off method are also assigned to the lender.
